As Hasan Hüseyin Yapı, we have been active in Didim since 2002. We build a minimum of 200 homes every year. On our fully completed projects you receive your title deed and pay directly. For off-plan projects, a contract is drawn up through a lawyer and a notary, so you do not pay the full price of the property in cash up front — you pay in stages as you see the project progress. The contract protects the rights of both parties and is signed by both sides.

The main principle is reciprocity: if a Turkish citizen can buy property in a given country, citizens of that country can buy property in Turkey. In short, citizens of the following countries — where Turkish passport holders can freely buy property — can also own property in Turkey: Germany, United States, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Cape Verde, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Ivory Coast, Philippines, Finland, France, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, South Africa, Haiti, Croatia, Netherlands, Honduras, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Israel, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Jamaica, Japan, Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, South Korea, Costa Rica, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malawi, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Senegal, Serbia and Montenegro, Singapore, Somalia, Chile, Tanzania, Uruguay, Venezuela and New Zealand.
